Patti’s Pasticceria Standard Order Policies

Please verify orders BEFORE leaving the bakery. Patti’s can not fix the order once it hs left the store.
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS on orders that are prepaid and then canceled. Patti’s will only issue a store credit in this case.
All orders must be placed before 2:00 pm for the NEXT DAY.
All weekend orders must be placed by WEDNESDAY of that week.

Where is your bakery located?

Patti’s Pasticceria is located at 1502 Lincoln Way, White Oak PA 15131.

Our building is on Lincoln Way, approximately 1.2 miles from Oak Park Mall, going towards McKeesport, and on the left, if you are coming from Long Run Road and Lincoln Way.

I'm getting married and I'm still not sure what type of wedding cake we want. Can we go over our choices with one of your bakers?

Yes! We love helping couples create the wedding cake of their dreams. We offer a FREE wedding cake consultation and tasting with one of our bakers.

We also offer a Free One-Year Anniversary Cake to couples who we provide wedding cake services to. This Anniversary Cake is a 6″ round, double-layered cake.

Does Patti's Pasticceria offer delivery of wedding cakes to our wedding location?

Yes! We can provide safe transport of your wedding cake, wedding cookies, wedding cupcakes, and cannolis in our very own Patti Wagon.

Do you offer Gluten-free pastries and desserts?

Yes! We proudly offer gluten-free products from our local-Pittsburgh friends at Truly Wize.

We carry products such as cookies, muffins, and brownies daily. We may also place an order for breads and cakes year-round.

What brand of espresso do you use?

We proudly use espresso from La Prima Espresso Co, located on the Northside of Pittsburgh, for all of our coffees, coffee-based drinks, and tiramisu.

We chose to use La Prima Espresso Co because of their dedication to quality roasts that are free-trade, organic, and locally roasted for us in small batches weekly.

Does your bakery have a dining area?

Yes! We have enough seating for approximately 20 guests to sit in our dining room, plus chairs for seating outside when the weather permits.

What days and hours that the bakery is open?

Patti’s Pasticceria is open Monday through Saturday.

Monday through Friday we open at 8 am and close at 7 pm.

On Saturdays, we open at 8 am and close at 5 pm.

During the holidays we may have special hours. We will post these hours on Facebook during the holiday season.

Is there free parking for customers at your bakery?

Yes! We offer free parking to our customers in front of the building as well as an overflow lot on the side of the building.

I am looking for a local cafe or bakery to work from, on my laptop, while enjoying a coffee and pastry. Do you offer free WiFi to customers?

Absolutely! We have a great WiFi connection and offer it to customers for free.

Do you offer any daily specials or discounts?

Yes! We offer daily specials and discounts Monday through Saturday each week. Our daily specials can be found on our Daily Specials page of this website or you can watch our Facebook page for our daily posts.
